OUR MISSION

At Blackmore Partners, our mission is to form strategic partnerships with existing management teams. We leverage their expertise and build relationships in order to create value. In addition, we focus on the investment process and channel managerial expertise in order to operate a diversified portfolio of business enterprises. Our goal is to advise companies and executives in order to develop the skills required for implementing new strategic initiatives as part of a merger or acquisition.


WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Our mission is to partner with skilled senior executives to acquire and build companies in the lower-middle market. Furthermore, we have found that effective C-Suite executives will have 15+ years of senior management experience, with a minimum P&L responsibility of $50 million in addition to the following characteristics:

  • A reputation as a leader in their respective field

  • An accomplished track record of achieving outstanding operating and financial results

  • Strong leadership and experience in integrating acquisitions thoroughly

  • A deep understanding of a particular industry

  • The ability to evaluate relevant and actionable targets

  • An aptitude for identifying untapped, value-creation opportunities

  • A demonstrated history of professional and ethical standards


Finally, Blackmore’s C-Suite executives must engage with our investment professionals as well as the management team members of our companies. Without soft skills, even the most technically competent individual would be ineffective. Ultimately, the best executives use their emotional intelligence to effectively navigate the concerns of the firm and the portfolio management team.
