With 20 years of industry experience, Marcelo Ganasevici brings a deep,global experience and executive leadership in the automotive/supplier industry. He has held key executive roles around the world including contract negotiations, JV strategy, customer relationship management and product development. Moreover, he held roles involving strategic growth, operational optimization, brand management, multi-functional team development and management, and leadership. His experience and reach has taken him to multiple key markets around the world, working and integrating in businesses in North and South America, Europe, Middle East, and the Asia Pacific.
Marcelo has held numerous management and executive roles inside Delphi Corporation both in the OEM segments as well as aftermarket and service with functional leadership in sales, marketing, product management, program management, branding, JV negotiations, business development and global corporate restructuring activities through Chapter 11 bankruptcy procedures. Marcelo’s latest role is VP of Special Operations, focusing on Mexico and South America Operations for Delphi’s automotive aftermarket.
Finally, Marcelo is fluent in three languages and he has resided in multiple countries around the world. He holds an MBA from Canisius College, and a BA from Lynn University. Marcelo has also attended development programs from institutions such as ESSEC Business School and the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
