Mergers & Acquisitions Internship

Our M&A internship program will provide you with an opportunity to break into this highly competitive industry. It will teach you valuable skills to prepare you for a career in the financial sector. In addition, our interns participate in a rotational program through all levels of our firm, depending on your ability and experience, giving you a comprehensive overview of the deal process, from generation to close. Placed in small teams, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring critical segments of the business, starting with our front-end process (deal sourcing) and moving to our back-end process (deal qualification and funding) if you show the qualification in the program when we give you assignments. You will be responsible for executing your tasks, while monitoring their impact and developing strategies to improve the effectiveness of our company. Our M&A internship is UNPAID for 6 months and can be applied for credit if accepted at your university.


  • Sourcing leads for different businesses
  • Utilizing our database management tools
  • Helping executives developing acquisition targets
  • Managing relationships with buy-side PEG’s, and sell-side executives,
  • Developing/ presenting acquisition proposals
  • Conduct extensive research on target companies for PE clients
  • Creating/ managing deal sourcing/ shopping process and campaigns

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics or relevant field
