Restructuring

We provide a wide variety of options to healthy or distressed companies. These services include company and asset valuations (through the partnership with the investment bank Akin Bay), enhancing corporate liquidity, increasing the equity base, increasing options for working capital financing, or restructuring the existing debt or equity with lenders and investors. Our goal is to work to find the optimal balance among the many types of debt and equity options which best suit a company’s operating needs, and the form of recapitalization that meets most of those needs.
